The Preschool–Kindergarten “PAIDIKORAMA”, fully aligned with the requirements of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, and particularly mindful of protecting the sensitive personal data of the children enrolled, informs you that it has complied with the Regulation by adopting the appropriate and necessary legal, technical, organizational, and IT measures.

“PAIDIKORAMA” collects and retains only the strictly necessary data related to you and your children, with the sole purpose of ensuring the smooth, efficient, and beneficial attendance of your children at the Preschool–Kindergarten. We take into account and care for each child’s individual needs and specificities, acting professionally, educationally, and with genuine care for the children.

To safeguard the sensitive personal data of children as well as parents’ personal information, “PAIDIKORAMA” applies a strict privacy, confidentiality, and data protection policy. This policy is adopted and followed by all members of the Preschool–Kindergarten team, including collaborating early childhood educators, teachers, external and internal medical professionals, administrative staff, and suppliers.

We obtain the explicit consent of each parent regarding the use, processing, and storage of information and sensitive data related to their children, updating this information whenever necessary. These data remain strictly within the circle of individuals and partners directly cooperating with the Preschool–Kindergarten and are not shared with third parties unrelated to its operations. Children’s sensitive data are not used for any other purpose without the prior explicit consent and approval of their parents. This consent is obtained before any Preschool–Kindergarten activity, such as field trips outside school grounds, participation in sports activities, photo sharing, etc.
